Our Mission
Opportunity should never be a matter of circumstance.
An invitation-only scholarship initiative that identifies, develops, and connects outstanding student musicians, dancers, and aspiring sound engineers with colleges and universities across the nation.
Founded by Sheriff Reginald B. Scandrett, an accomplished percussionist and lifelong advocate for music education, and shaped alongside Don P. Roberts, the acclaimed music educator and “Drumline” consultant. Supported by the Henry County Sheriff’s Office Foundation, in partnership with ESPN Events and the Conn-Selmer Corporation.
